Setup & how-to
Tell us which bot you’re using and what you want to do. For a quick start, try /help or the setup steps on each bot’s page.
One community. Both companions.
Whether you’re setting up your first server, tracking down a problem, or sharing an idea, our Discord support server is the place to reach us.
Support and contact are handled through Discord.
How can we help?
Tell us which bot you’re using and what you want to do. For a quick start, try /help or the setup steps on each bot’s page.
Share the bot name, command, what you expected, what happened, and the time. A screenshot and steps to reproduce are helpful.
Suggest a feature, describe a confusing interaction, or tell us what would make Zuzu or Shiro fit your community better.
Make the first message useful
Include enough context for us to understand the problem without exposing private information.
For privacy requests or security concerns, ask how to contact a team member privately before sharing sensitive details. Never post a bot token, password, session cookie, or private database.
A handy starting point
Before you post
Confirm the bot can see and send messages in the channel, the command is enabled, and you meet its permissions. Prefix commands also need to be enabled by the operator; try a slash command first.
Check Connect and Speak permissions, your personal Discord
User Volume, and the selected recording. Try
/search for another version, or
/fix to recover the saved player and queue.
Discord is our published support and contact channel. Join the server to reach the team for either bot.
Both bots provide privacy commands. Zuzu uses
/privacy summary, /privacy export,
and /privacy delete confirm:true. Shiro uses
/privacy show, /privacy export,
/privacy clear-history, and
/privacy delete.
