The public website

This is a static information site. It does not offer account registration, collect contact-form submissions, or include advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. Hosting providers may process request information, such as IP addresses and user agents, to deliver and protect the site.

Invite, support, and dashboard links take you to separate services. Discord’s own data handling applies when you use Discord. The Zuzu dashboard uses Discord sign-in and authenticated sessions for staff access.

Zuzu economy data

Zuzu stores Discord identifiers and server settings needed for its features: servers, members, roles, channels, and messages where relevant; currency, command settings, cooldowns, limits, audit destinations, and custom content.

Economy records include cash and bank balances, transfers and ledger entries, items and inventory, stock holdings and trades, alerts, rewards, role-income claims, game activity, pet progression, crafting, profiles, badges, and event or cosmetic ownership. Staff can access relevant server data through authorized commands, configured audit logs, and the dashboard.

Slash commands do not require message content access. Optional prefix commands, chat money, and responders can read message content to recognize configured commands or triggers; Zuzu does not intentionally keep full message logs.

Event-style records follow the operator’s configured retention, normally 365 days with a minimum of 30. Durable balances, inventory, settings, and other progression remain until reset or deleted. Backups may retain earlier records until their expiry.

Shiro music data

Shiro stores Discord identifiers, server music settings, queue and session records, requested track metadata, favorites, playlists and sharing permissions, crew membership, profiles, games, and scheduled events needed for the features you use.

Eligible listening records are enabled for new users. Previously saved opt-outs stay off. Records describe voice participation, listening time, song plays, and shared listening; they do not prove attention. Profiles are private by default. Public profile visibility, individual field visibility, discovery sharing, room recommendations, and recap notifications have separate choices.

Personal profiles and Wrapped can combine recorded activity across Shiro servers; server views use that server’s activity. Server Wrapped requires at least five recorded listeners in its period. Joining a crew deliberately shares your liked songs with its accepted members, even if your public profile is private.

Search and source resolution send requested song or catalog information to relevant providers, including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, or Deezer. Lyrics lookup uses song metadata with the configured provider or public fallback. Listener account linking is not required for these catalog routes.

Server staff configure listening-record retention, with supported periods from 30 to 730 days or scheduled pruning disabled. Released recap summaries may remain until explicit erasure. Rolling backups can retain deleted data until expiry. Messages already sent to Discord are not automatically removed by bot-data deletion.

Access & storage

Bot databases and backups are separate from the public website. Discord, infrastructure providers, music providers where required for a request, and authorized server staff can process or access the information needed for their roles. Public leaderboards, shared libraries, posted game cards, and deliberately shared profiles can be visible to other Discord members.

Do not share private credentials or data exports in public support channels.
